We was given an upgrade upon arrival to a beautiful room which was very spacious and comfortable. All the staff apart from one were very friendly and welcoming. The food is absolutely delicious, there was a tasty buffet for breakfast and dinner. The location is great as the subway and blue hop on hop off bus is just outside. I'd recommend the blue bus which is cheaper than a taxi and safer than the subway, you can get tickets at reception. The receptionist gave us good advice about places to visit like the Acropolis, Museums etc. I'd recommend Astir beach if you fancy a swim. There's a bakery next to the hotel which sells yummy food at a great price, just watch out for the change given as I was short changed, but not by much. There's also a little shop on the corner to get water and snacks etc. I felt very safe at this hotel as most of Athens is run down and feels unsafe especially in the non tourist areas.

I stayed at the hotel for four days, and I can say it was wonderful. Although it’s quite a large hotel, it has a warm, family-like atmosphere. Before arriving, I had two specific requests that weren't exactly simple, yet they fulfilled both, even though they didn’t have to. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was abundant and fresh.

The staff were very amazing really helpful and kind especially The Front Office Manager Mr Vassilis Zozonis and the Operation Manager Mr David Stefanidis its been a while since i met a very kind hotel Manager like them. The rooms were cozy and very clean It was really safe porters are very smart and fast not like other hotels which takes so long to recieve the luggage in the room Very Friendy Environment!

The hotel is good value for the money, but the facilities offered and the hotel itself are more of a 4-star rating. The breakfast offered great variety of food and the stuff was very friendly and helpful.

Lovely room. Comfortable bed. Great location for city sightseeing. Staff very helpful and polite. Warm welcome. Great selection of cold buffet at breakfast.

I recently stayed here on a business trip with 5 others and cannot fault the cleanliness, location and customer service. The breakfast was lovely and roof top pool/gym are an added bonus. Half the group had to check out a day early and the other stay for longer than anticipated and Chrysa at the front desk was extremely helpful in organising this making things much easier than it could have been.
