Wyndham Athens Residence

We was given an upgrade upon arrival to a beautiful room which was very spacious and comfortable. All the staff apart from one were very friendly and welcoming. The food is absolutely delicious, there was a tasty buffet for breakfast and dinner. The location is great as the subway and blue hop on hop off bus is just outside. I'd recommend the blue bus which is cheaper than a taxi and safer than the subway, you can get tickets at reception. The receptionist gave us good advice about places to visit like the Acropolis, Museums etc. I'd recommend Astir beach if you fancy a swim. There's a bakery next to the hotel which sells yummy food at a great price, just watch out for the change given as I was short changed, but not by much. There's also a little shop on the corner to get water and snacks etc. I felt very safe at this hotel as most of Athens is run down and feels unsafe especially in the non tourist areas.

The staff were very amazing really helpful and kind especially The Front Office Manager Mr Vassilis Zozonis and the Operation Manager Mr David Stefanidis its been a while since i met a very kind hotel Manager like them. The rooms were cozy and very clean It was really safe porters are very smart and fast not like other hotels which takes so long to recieve the luggage in the room Very Friendy Environment!
